Questions from parents

Know before they train.

Does my player need a gym?

No. Every workout includes a home alternative. A backpack, resistance band, open space, and a safe place to sprint can cover most sessions.

Is this appropriate for a 10 year old?

Yes, when the Rookie level is used and a parent or qualified adult supervises unfamiliar exercises, sprinting, jumping, and testing.

How long are the workouts?

Most sessions take approximately 35 to 55 minutes, including the warmup and cooldown.

Can this replace team practice or medical care?

No. It is an educational off ice program and does not replace coaching, team activity, or individualized medical or training guidance.

What format will I receive?

A downloadable 26 page PDF that can be viewed digitally and printed for daily tracking.

Put in the work before the first puck drops.
